THERMOFORMING – technological process that from plastic plates is foring product in detailed shape. It is fast and low cost technology of plastic processing which can be supplement for an injection technology.

This method is used in publicity, production of machines and devices parts, casing,
containers and overall dimensions products.
In thermoform process are using materials like:
ABS, PLEXI, PMMA, ACRYL, PS, HIPS, PC, PCV and PET

CNC machines - thanks to the possibility of the numerical guidance of machine tools, we are able to perform the any detail. Three axial milling machines with the top - spindle in the 1500x2000mm format also allow for carrying out even a most complicated prototype form to thermoforming.

Printing - solvent and screen print - solvent printing is outdoor resistance (UV etc.) and can be applied over all kind of surface, unlike standard printing.
Screen printing is used for one and multi-color, high size, on cardboard, foil and plastics products.
